Position Description

Foster Care Case Manager

Qualifications:

·         B.S. / B.A. in Human Services plus two years experience in a related field

·    Valid Drivers License

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

·         Provide and document case management services to children and youth in foster care placement.

·         Conduct needs assessment and ensure the provision of appropriate services to the child, foster family, and biological family.

·         Maintain documentation in accordance with internal NET and external regulatory requirements.

·         Complete reports, coordinate meetings, and facilitate collaboration between community services, schools, and families.
